To use our repairs by post service:
1. Phone us first on 086-4089948 (We will ask for your model no. which you will find on a label opposite the switch.)
2. Wrap your straighteners well in some bubble wrap or a padded envelope. Do not wrap the cable around the straighteners. Keep the total package weight under 500 grammes or it will cost more to post. (Cardboard weighs heavy.)
3. Post your broken straighteners to us at:

Enclose a note with your name, address and contact details.
4. We will contact you to advise the cost of the repair.
5. You pay us by Revolut (fastest), Paypal (very fast), or bank transfer (slowest). Sorry, we do not accept postal orders or credit/debit cards at the moment.
NB - The return postage charge for a standard or narrow GHD is €8.50 which covers postage as well as a contribution to our expenses for PayPal fees, packaging, getting to the post office, etc. Wide plate models are heavier and are charged at €10.50.
PS: If you don't want a repair, we might accept your broken ones as a trade-in, or even buy them for cash.
